The two bathrooms, refined and functional, also include a convenient en suite solution to ensure privacy and ease. The heart of the villa is the large, bright living room that opens elegantly onto the veranda. Here, every detail is designed to enjoy the home to the fullest: the dining table welcomes long breakfasts or dinners, while the fully equipped and modern kitchen invites convivial and relaxing moments.
Outside, two verandas offer distinct but equally charming spaces: the rear one, more private, is ideal for reading or quiet dinners; the front one, instead, offers a breathtaking sea view, perfect for sunset aperitifs or breakfasts kissed by the sea breeze.
On the second floor, the villa features two air-conditioned bedrooms: a cozy double room and a twin room. The interiors are spacious and well-kept, with a bright living area and a practical kitchenette where you can prepare lunches and dinners to enjoy with a sea view. The bathroom is modern and functional, complete with a shower box and every convenience necessary for a worry-free holiday. The entire property is equipped with air conditioning. As with the first floor, the true heart of the house lies in its two verandas. The front one, sunny and overlooking the sea, is equipped as a solarium: a perfect spot to relax under the blue sky, sip an aperitif at sunset, or simply enjoy the spectacular view stretching to the horizon.
