If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (2 vehicles).

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner

- The fireplace is in working order; firewood is not provided (but can be purchased from a local shop)
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge (only one pet is permitted)
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. Rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided for this purpose at the end of the street on the right as you leave.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to weather conditions.
- The barbecue provided in the accommodation is in working order and charcoal is provided.
- A gardener responsible for maintaining the swimming pool and garden visits regularly. You will be notified if any maintenance work is scheduled during your stay.
