The bright and cosy living-dining room has comfortable furniture, an ideal desk for teleworking and direct access to the terrace, perfect for relaxing or sharing outdoor meals.



The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, iron, hairdryer and wifi so that you lack nothing during your stay.



In the urbanisation you will find a communal swimming pool, children's area, gym and covered parking in the same building, guaranteeing comfort and fun for the whole family. Access by lift and fenced plot provides an extra level of security and convenience.
