Located just 20 metres from Las Dunas Beach, this modern 100 m² accommodation offers total capacity for 6 to 9 people, being perfect for both families and groups of friends.



Distribution:

Bedroom 1: double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2: 1.40 m double bunk bed with lower trundle bed, with capacity for up to 5 people, plus own bathroom with bathtub.

Living room: double sofa bed with space for 2 additional people.



The dining room is bright and cosy, with comfortable furniture, an ideal desk for teleworking and direct access to the terrace, perfect for relaxing or sharing meals outdoors.



The American kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, iron, hairdryer and wifi so that you lack nothing during your stay.



In the urbanisation you will find communal swimming pool, children's area, gym and covered parking in the same building, guaranteeing comfort and fun for the whole family. Access with lift and fenced plot provides an extra level of security and convenience.



Located in a privileged location, you will be very close to supermarkets and local restaurants, with Nerja just 11 km away and other destinations such as Málaga, Granada or Marbella accessible by car.
