Enjoy this high-end luxurious fully furnished one-bedroom Suite in the former Four Seasons Hotel in the heart of Yorkville, Toronto. The large outdoor TERRACE allows for a private space to enjoy lounging on the luxurious white sectional sofa or dining at the bistro set.

The main room features a desk, office chair and stationery. The full kitchen includes dishwasher, wine glasses, fridge + freezer, NESPRESSO, kettle and all essentials. The bedroom/living room area has a QUEEN BED and a Smart TV + CLOSET with hangers. The luxurious blue velvet memory foam couch folds to a comfortable DOUBLE BED. It faces the TV, so you can use it as a living room space or fold it down for comfortable viewing.

The unit has a complete bath/shower combo, large vanity with mirror and blow-dryer. We provide: a hair straightening iron, high-end AVEDA shampoo, conditioner and body wash and CRATE&BAREL hand soap + body lotion. Ask us about laundry options so that you can wash essentials during your stay.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.

Booking and check in arrangements were easy and efficiently managed by the hosts. The location can’t be beat - loved hopping onto the subway 2 minutes away at Bay Stn on Cumberland. Everything we might have needed to self cater is available. The condo was clean and perfectly set up for a couple - so much better than a hotel room!We did not get to enjoy the terrace as it was a cold December visit but it looked nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Our host, Brent was great. He helped us get into parkade. Helped us check in. And was quick to address any questions or concerns we had. The room was very clean, except for a bit of black mould in tub. The location was perfect. Lots of close restaurants and bars. Plus easy access to the subway system.

The Yorkville Suite was perfect, and Brent and Leslie were amazing hosts. The suite was just as pictured, communication was wonderful, and Brent was so friendly when checking us in. Location could not be beat, the option to park on site was nice, and the outside patio was the cherry on top.

The location and price of this place is unbeatable! Brent was super kind and accommodating when I got there. However, communication skills need improvement. It was an over a MONTH long struggle to get everything sorted out. Replies varied from a day to weeks, I attempted to book parking 7 weeks prior to my stay only to be told the day before it’s not possible. Overall the place is very nice and perfect for a nice stay in Toronto, but it was a pain to get everything sorted out :(

Fantastic place in Toronto!

Our first stay in Toronto as an American was fantastic! The host Brent was so nice and accommodating. The place was pristine and had a balcony, which was a huge plus. The place is very close to mass transit and made it easy to get around. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. Highly recommend!
