The room was spotless and completely silent. The staff were extraordinarily helpful. The nearby shops were more than plenty. Shinjuku station and anything you could think of, including the best coffee shop in Japan, Coffee Swamp, all within walking distance.

Very nice, welcoming hotel in the heart of Shinjuku ! Plus: - Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. - Big room. Kettle, microwave and safe in room. - Separate bathtub and shower. - Lawson's and 7-11 convenience stores right beside hotel. - Coffee machine in lobby. Minus: - Area around hotel is very busy with lots of unsavoury men trying to entice you to adult venues, but these are easily ignored.

The staff were lovely and the hotel clean and in a good condition. This hotel was so expensive. My small room was over £200 per night and that did not include breakfast. The bed was against the wall so one of us had to climb out. For over £200 I expected far more.

Great hotel in Shinjuku

Centrally located in Shinjuku, nightlight is just outside the hotel. Very safe and great location with lots of options for food close by.

Very very close to Golden Gai, 100 meters. Safe clean property. Our room was pretty small, but they may have larger I am not sure. Other than room size, there were no complaints. It is not fancy or luxury, but it is a well ran, great location place for a reasonable price. They had a nice laundry area, and clean restrooms in the lobby for when your small room is just a little too small. Recommended for those to which this appeals.
