We had a first floor room. It had linoleum flooring of some sort and was extremely dirty. My family did our best to not go bare feet. There was an awful mechanical noise that turned on and off all evening. It was NOT our AC. On top of all that the entire room reeked of urine and there was visible black mold throughout the bathroom and at the seams of all the walls and floors.

The first room we tried stunk like old sweat. The new room was filthy. The floors left my bare feet black. The shower had only a trickle of water. Breakfast was minimal. We won’t be returning.

I didn’t stay I left. I got my Pet feedback, but I still have to get my money back from you. I ended up going somewhere else.! I didn’t stay because there were steps and my service even though my service helps me with my medication. She cannot walk up steps.

Hotel/motel dated but rooms redone. Rooms seemed clean but walking barefoot on floor gave dirty feet. No drawers for clothes. No closet to hang clothes although some hangers in the bathroom to hang with your towels. Hair dryer was for wall but sat on table with cords not long enough to dry hair comfortably. Staff nice. Good price for area and for what we got.

Our feet were dirty from the floor. The water in shower leaked out to the floor. There were no shelves to put toiletries on and no instructions how to get available tv channels. The ac was nice

Our two-night stay was average at best. Daily housekeeping was advertised, but our room was not cleaned during our stay, and towels were not replaced. The room had an unpleasant musty smell and felt outdated. The location is convenient, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.

Every thing was clean with the exception of the floors in the room . Check in clerk was amazing. Friendly and very sweet. Walking the hall all the staff we came into contact with were also friendly and warm .. customer service is everything and it was excellent

Room key worked but the door handle didn't engage the latch so we were locked out of our room for some time. According to the front desk this is a problem with room 220 yet it persists? Overall the hotel is well worn. Beds were clean and comfortable which is the only good thing I can say.
