Super friendly and helpful staff, I mean everyone from hose keeping to front desk. Kudos to everyone there. One suggestion I will make is to do something about the super slippery floors in the showers which are a high risk for serious accidents. It should be fairly easy to fix. Although the restaurant is concessioned, it is super convenient to have it there, the food is good for the price, the server not very experienced but he is super nice and has the greatest attitude. If you have some patience and are not on a rush, I highly recommend eating there.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. It is our go to hotel in TJ. The bell guy Alonso is super helpful and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable and I feel safe there.
