"The room was a big letdown— the shower door didn’t close properly, making it frustrating to use, and the doors from neighboring rooms slammed so loudly they kept triggering the motion light in our bathroom throughout the night. On top of that, the street noise was constant and disruptive, and there was only one coffee mug provided, which just added to the lack of attention to detail. Overall, the room did not meet expectations."

The staff were excellent, yet the hotel could benefit by adding a few more employees to the front desk schedule. Highly recommend this hotel!!!"
