This is our 2nd time staying at this location. Every staff member you come across is very friendly/helpful. The rooms are all very clean & comfortable. Great distance to Broadway. Easy walk but a few blocks away so you don’t hear the noise.

Everything was outstanding. The staff was also wonderful. The only request they were unable to fulfill was for a late check-out. Pros: Great location, near lower broadway, attached coffee shop and diner. Walking distance to everything Cons: no one could explain the correct parking garage. Attached parking garage is $50 every time you come back and leave! Elevators are weird and would go all the way up to 21st floor to pick someone up before dropping me off at 15, from 1st floor lobby. Water shut off issue I was not aware of so we had no water one evening/night. They did refund $100 for the inconvenience.

Absolutely fantastic, the front desk folks were extremely helpful and everything in the studio was superb. The proximity to everything you want to do cannot be matched in my opinion.
