Loved the location of this hotel! Walking distance to all things in the Gulch as well as Broadway. Easy to get Ubers to further locations as well. 12th Ave S was only 2 miles away. The room was perfect for a 3 night stay. Nice bathrooms and showers. The staff was friendly and the acoustic musician in the lobby was a very nice and unexpected touch. Would definitely stay there again.

For a newer hotel, the bathroom had wall scuff marks and the grout in the floor wasn’t clean. They should tile or wallpaper around the bathroom walls. It was just ok and at that rate there are better downtown options for same money
