I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my booking on the 28th. I explicitly selected the Affirm payment option to spread my payments out, but Expedia incorrectly processed the entire payment at once. This error caused a major issue with my bank and set off a chain of terrible events. When I got to the hotel, I was hit with an unexpected $100 deposit, and in the early morning, the lights in my room were turned off. When I tried to resolve these issues and requested to use a phone to fix the banking problem your error caused, the staff refused to help and the manager was never available. The lights only came back on after I complained, which felt like I was being forced out. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration, and instead, it was a disaster from the moment the payment was handled incorrectly on your app. Because your system failed to honor my payment agreement and the stay was unusable, I am requesting a full refund for this booking. #72069485658921 itinerary left without power for hours
