Our stay at Homewood Suites was excellent. The staff at check-in and -out were friendly and efficient. Breakfast on Saturday morning was good, with plenty of options. Cale Burch did us a great courtesy by sending champagne and cookies to our room after learning we were staying at the hotel for our anniversary. The location of the hotel makes it easy to walk to many of the downtown attractions and nightlife.

I'd rated this property a 4 for two reasons: Nobody reads the 5 star ratings, and, I couldn't rate it a 10 because that's what it deserves! ULTRA clean, I didn't even find a fingerprint in my room. I've never seen anything like this, I felt as if I was the first person to stay in this studio suite. As someone who's been in real estate for 36 years, I see every little flaw, not because I'm looking for them, it's my nature. I just couldn't find one here, honestly. I'll stay here again, again and again!

Everything about the hotel was fine except for the parking arrangement. I understand your downtown and parking is limited, but I thought the valet service was a little excessive.$$ The parking attendant were excellent very courteous.

We had a generally great stay over Thanksgiving weekend. The room was clean, the location was perfect (walking distance to downtown), and the staff was incredibly accommodating—graciously allowing us to check in as early as 7:00 AM! However, the breakfast was a major disappointment. We arrived at 7:45 AM, and despite service hours running until 9:30 AM, much of the food was already gone. When we asked, we were told it was 'first come, first serve,' which is unacceptable for a hotel amenity. The food that was available was cold, flavorless, and unappetizing. Aside from the breakfast, the stay was excellent.
