I think this is a new hotel that is still working the kinks out. There was no mention here on Travelocity or at the Hotel that there is no parking included. You have to use their valet at $60 a day or park somewhere else. After you get out of your car at the valet and walk into what you would think is the lobby you find there is no one there and no instructions on where to find anyone. There was a confusing sign outside the elevators indicating "Reception" was on the 11th floor. I had to check again to see if read it correctly. Sure enough the lobby is upstairs. We arrived at 3:15 and asked if we might be able to check in 45 minutes early. There was one other gentleman that had been waiting to check in as well and the person helping me seemed very busy helping the two of us. He told me that it would be closer to 4pm when the room works be ready so my wife and I went back down to where we left the car to get our luggage. When we returned to the lobby about 15 minutes later I started toward the man behind the desk when he looks at me and says my name and I said yes and his next word was "so". Right then I said I really don't like hearing him staring off a conversation with "So". So the "So" was to tell me that they didn't have the single king size bed I had reserved but he did have two queens, didn't feel like we had much choice so we took it. No instructions or signage telling you that you had to scan room key to get to the floors with rooms. Won't be back, sorry.

Overall experience was solid. The suite was reasonably priced, including breakfast. The staff was friendly. Check in lobby was on the 11th floor, not an issue, just different. Pros: -Perfect location in Gulch, walking distance to everything in the area. Cons: -Parking not included. Parking is available, but not associated with the hotel. We used valet with the local private company & $60.00 per day.

Absolutely disappointed when I arrived / I had booked my room for 2 nights through hotels.com and unfortunately my original arrival date Sunday the 12th I was unable to make because I got mandated to work a overtime shift with my department. I contacted hotels.com after calling the hotel first who said they couldn’t speak to me directly about the booking since it was through hotels.com I then asked hotels.com to reach out to the hotel to see if Sunday could be cancelled and they said it could not. I then advised hotels.com just keep the reservation and I’ll pay for both nights. I arrived Monday the 13th after getting off shift at 0300 in the morning and driving all day with my 2 daughter and their friend from Florida to arrive only to find out that the hotel cancelled my reservation. I booked and paid for the room using affirm so now I had to pay for the 1 night stay with a my bank debit that I did not intend on using. Never once did I get a call of any communication from the hotel about cancelling my reservation. So why can the hotel cancel the initial reservation without even speaking to me about it but I could not cancel 1 night because I literally could not travel due to work I felt like I had no choice at check in and that the cancellation and the pitch of giving me a hotel member rate was a deceptive business practice coupled with a failure in customer communication ended up costing me money I did not plan on spending. Refund my 1 night stay

We booked a king suite. The couch pulled out into a second bed if needed. There was an entire kitchen area with bowls plates silverware and a fridge in your room. The area is quiet and cozy. Only about a 10 min walk to downtown.

This property is nice. Upstairs check in and breakfast make for a nice experience. Metered parking in the gulch is a pain, plan accordingly.
