Breakfast and food options could be better. We were prevented from going into the food court area one night because of a convention. We paid $500.00 plus a night. We don't expect inconvenience for that amount of money!!!! There should be no restrictions unless you discount the cost of stays.

The property is beautiful and impressive, but all the shops and restaurants were closed and the room was clean but small. I think the room was overpriced for the experience that we had.

The reception team, concierge team, restaurant team were all excellent. The indoor rainforest/river/waterfalls were epic - it was such a lovely hotel. However, housekeeping was poor our bath wasn’t clean and one day we had to contact housekeeping twice over a period of 6hours to change a bed - the housekeeping fell well below the standard you would expect from such a landmark hotel. Disappointing
