The upper floor also offers a comfortable double bedroom, an additional guest toilet and washing room for extra convenience. Relax outside on the sun loungers or take a refreshing dip in the private pool (11 x 5), which can be heated on request (see conditions below). You can prepare delicious meals in the outdoor kitchen, complete with gas BBQ, sink, fridge, bar and dishwasher. For added convenience, there is a outside bathroom with shower.

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: Parties and noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
