Great value!. The room was clean, along w the rest of the property, including the breakfast area. Location is superb. Nice bars and restaurants nearby. Fun fact, the local resorts down the beach allow you to enter without a wristband, so you can resort hop as well, which is nice incase you want a change of scenery. There is a short walk across the street straight to the beach. Would definitely consider staying at Brickell Bay again! …Great value!. The daily cleaning service was not provided due to Covid 19. However thy should have made exceptions due to each time we took a shower the bathroom floor was flooded with water. The shower area does not have a full door only a half glass so each shower created water accumulation outside the shower. We were stuck with wet towels on the floor and I had to call for service. It took two days for them to visit the room to clean the water. The check in at this location was closed the entire visit. Traveled during Covid time first week of December 2020. The location of the hotel is awesome. The beach is just gorgeous. Shops are nearby outside the hotel. A Starbucks and Dunkin walking distance from the hotel. The service was great. Staff is pleasant and helpful. They try the best. Three restaurants in the place if you’re staying all inclusive. They have great food but not a lot of selections. Breakfast was the same almost everyday with the major popular food available daily. Rooms are outdated. A regular room for a family of 4 is too small. The beds are comfortable but too small. I booked for two queen instead they were full size. When I called and asked the desk they said that those were queen size. That was disappointing but we did ok with it. Honestly, it was a good place. Kid friendly, excellent staff and taste food.
