I recently stayed at your property and wanted to take a moment to commend one of your evening front desk agent (unfortunately, I cannot recall her name). She is, without a sought, one of the best hospitality professionals I have ever encountered. Upon arrival, I was a bit it-unaware that the Divi Dutch operated as a timeshare resort. I now realize I was a bit hard on her. Despite that, she remained warm, understanding, and patient. Every evening I came down to the lobby, she greeted me and my husband with the biggest, most genuine smile. It truly lifted our spirits. She was not delightfull and caring but also incredibly diligent with our requests. Her attitude and professionalism turned our experience around completely, and because of her, I will absolutely be booking with Divi Dutch again in the future.

I like everything about the place my room was spacious with a nice little kitchenette area.. the staff was very nice and friendly easy the check-in was smooth I received a complimentary bottle of wine ..I also liked the fact we had access to the whole resort with easy transportation just hop on the shuttle and go …I can’t wait to go back.

We love the beach we did not like that we got a different room after we were done with all inclusive for our last night we got a better room that was five star why we got a four-star room when we were all inclusive we did not understand and the food at the buffet was not good other than that it was a great place
