The room was spotless. All the staff was great. I had to use my water pic at the coffee station off the living room because the plug didn’t work in the bathroom. I reported it three times to no avail. This was messy and very inconvenient. The toilet flapper valve leaks also but I didn’t see any sense in reporting that. At any rate, I still love the place. All the staff there is like family to Patty and I for the past 10 years. For over seven hundred dollars a night I expect more considering one pool is shut down. Am I sounding like a complainer?

We returned today after our stay at the Hilton Aruba. We are a large family of 6 (4 small kids) and were thrilled with our stay. We booked through Expedia but were booked in 2 separate rooms (my wife and 2 kids in one room and myself and 2 other kids in another). We asked if it would be possible to get some kind of adjoining rooms since our kids are aged 10 and under (couldn’t do through the app). They were able to do so, for a reasonable fee to upgrade our rooms, which I found to be very fair given the size of the rooms and amenities (access to the palm club etc). Food on property was great, beach service awesome, and pool area and service great. We will return sooner than later.
