The room was spotless. All the staff was great. I had to use my water pic at the coffee station off the living room because the plug didn’t work in the bathroom. I reported it three times to no avail. This was messy and very inconvenient. The toilet flapper valve leaks also but I didn’t see any sense in reporting that. At any rate, I still love the place. All the staff there is like family to Patty and I for the past 10 years. For over seven hundred dollars a night I expect more considering one pool is shut down. Am I sounding like a complainer?

This is a well-maintained property and a beautiful location. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room was adequate. Construction is a bit noisy. I and used to paying taxes when I stay somewhere, butwas shocked by the add-on costs of taxes, etc. to the tune of $100 per night. Just be aware if you stay here.

We had a great time at the beach and the pool etc .., the water is beautiful.., love the room the view etc … the service in the beach and pool are amazing ! Very nice workers!

They gave us a room overlooking the construction site. And despite asking for a different room they did not accommodate the request. They said “they were booked”. The resort was empty. EMPTY!!! Never mind all the extra charges for everything!!! Including palapas. Seems as though if booking through another agency like Expedia they treat those patrons differently! This should NOT happen especially if they are the ones choosing to work with a third party for booking. Not cool 👎

So i have a problem with orbitz and hilton Orbitz doesnt tell you about the $70 a day resort fee which i will be fighting and dispute on my credit card. The property is very nice the people that work there are very good. My biggest problem is that Hilton charges a service fee on EVERYTHING. Thats why after one day we stopped eating and drinking there. So every drink or drop of food between tax and SERVICE fee its almost an additional 18%. And thats not a tip they say it pays the employees This would hold me back from using Hilton again
