We reserved a beachside room with 2 queens beds in January 2025. Upon arrival we were told that those were under construction and we were placed in a pool view room with 1 king bed. I advised that I did not want a king bed as there was 2 of us and their response was, “well you can go to the Tamirijin because we don’t have anything.” After 30 min of back and forth with a manager, they were able to find 2 Queen beds in a garden view room. When we arrived, the view was rocks and a fence. On Friday night, our room began to receive prank phone calls at 1:39am from other guests in our vista. The following night, at 1:50am, there were 3 men at our door throwing rocks at it and banging on the door. It was me and my friend, 2 females, in the room, and we had to call security. I used to love the Divi, however, this trip felt unsafe and we felt like no one there cared until we spoke with a front desk associate named Jonathan. He was kind and immediately got a manager to listen to what had happened. The Divi asked that we give them another chance next year, and I would love to because I loved the beachside rooms, but considering how much was spent on this trip, I am hoping the Divi will make accommodations if we decide to go there again.

I did like the laid back atmosphere and being able to get food at the bar. I didn’t like the buffets, any of them. They were inefficient and difficult to get your food and the selection was very limited. The rooms are dated but being upgraded , a lot of small things will stop us from staying there again

Beautiful beach and pools. The food was delicious and the staff was helpful to answering all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. Between the Divi and the Tam we had the best vacation ever.

Love the updates to the property. This was my twelfth time at Divi Divi. Construction was necessary, didn't bother us. Staff is always wonderful. See you next September!

Beach view was incredible, very relaxing! There was construction happening, which was inconvenient. We weren't notified of this before booking the hotel. With that said, they were very accommodating to ensure we had a room to our liking. Had a lot of food options and the pizza was great! Red Parrot's food was not good, but the Italian restaurant, Paparazzi was very good. Overall, had a nice experience at Divi.
