The place is amazing the beach is beautiful- one of the best I’ve seen. The staff are mostly courteous and attentive. Room is clean, food at the buffet is outstanding. Dinner restaurants are great- love all the food!

We loved everything about the resort. We had a beach front room with no rocks which was amazing and the only way to go. The restaurants were delicious. I have 2 upgrade suggestions...one being there should be a swim up bar in one of the pools and more nightly entertainment as ot was severely lacking

NOT all inclusive! There are bars/restaurants at the resort that are not part of the all inclusive plan, with no signs or notices to let you know, & nobody informs you at check in. Just because they’re on the resort map, doesn’t mean you won’t be charged! We ended up with a hefty bill after having lunch at one place right in the center of the resort. We complained to the manager & she couldn’t have cared less. Horrible customer service! Also, there’s no way this is a 4 star - 3 at a push. Rooms are tiny, & it’s the first all inclusive we’ve been to that the fridges are completely empty - not even a bottle of water. There are a 4 restaurants at the resort, & if you don’t book 2 days in advance, you’re out of luck. There is a buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The food is terrible & the place isn’t clean. I even noticed what looked like black mold on the ac vents. Drinks are watered down & there is a very limited selection of beer (3 types). All in all, the worst all inclusive we’ve ever stayed at.

Absolutely loved our stay! The staff was amazing and the variety of options between the tamarijn and the divi is great. A lot of families with babies enjoying the facilities as we did. We felt very safe and everyone is super friendly. I would recommend a changing table in a bathroom by the lobby, I was surprised I did not see one (maybe I missed it). We would absolutely come back and stay again ! Thank you!
