Eagle beach is a great location for our needs. The resort was a little disappointing. The staff was not very informative about things like which chairs were associated with their resort on the beach, how to get a chair, or use of the palapas. The food at the 2 restaurants was below average, cold eggs, overcooked steak for example. The bell hop service was hit or miss in terms of getting a taxi. Some did a great job and others seemed frustrated an annoyed. The lobby is outdated and small. They require checkout and the return of a little cardboard card for towels or else face a charge, even if you returned all your towels. Our room was ok, not great, hard mattress, noisy air conditioner, we had to ask for a frying pan in the kitchen and there were no little things ,like salt or paper towels. The good news is there is an excellent super store within easy walking distance. Our room overlooked the middle adult pool area. There was constant music blasting which is ok for some of the day but it went well into the evening with almost no breaks. The other pools were not as loud so be aware. The location was good, a short walk to the beach and many nice restaurants nearby.

Room was good, location was good, but check in was terrible. There were 6+ staff members behind the desk but it seemed like only 2 or 3 were working. I know it was a crazy day with high travel and lady minute changes, it just seemed like the staff didn’t care and there wasn’t an attempt to manage the crowd

The resort is very conveniently located to a supermarket, several restaurants, walkable to Palm Beach center, and of course Eagle Beach, especially if you don't have a car. The rooms were pretty spacious, with plenty of shelf and leaving space for the 4 of us. Bathroom was also very large and updated. The kitchen to have breakfast was very convenient as well. The room was clean and could be serviced on demand or daily. There was a musky smell for some reason, which as we learned later wasn't present in other rooms (our friends stayed at the resor too). The resort has couple of pool areas and activities offered throughout the day. We really utilized the beach palapas associated with the resort. The beach itself, of coure, is ideal, albeit somewhat crowded (but it was winter break after all).

It was great experience, staying with Eagle Aruba during our recent visit, specifically room space and kitchen. Room were clean, service was great, but reception area staff (ladies) were not very nice to the welcoming guests. We heard they were abusing other Americans in local language they thought we don’t understand while checking us in. Room amenities was not that great like room baths body wash and shampoos were not filled it was tough to take out from bottles.

The rooms were filthy, had to go to the next hotel to grab a cab at night, food was terrible, without even asking they put our three rooms directly outside there New Years Eve party that went until 1:00am. Overall terrible experience.

Good 5 night stay at the Eagle Aruba. Rooms were clean and spacious, friendly staff at Tonys Pizza/Bar and nice location with a quick walk to Eagle Beach or Super Food for groceries and their soft serve ice cream which was delicious. Watch out for the iguanas roaming the pool deck! Beds were comfy, but the pull-out sofa wasn't great. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for either cooking a quick meal or reheating leftovers. Pools and hot tubs were generally clean, but pool was not heated at all so temp was probably in the 80's. Still pleasant to swim in when the sun was hitting the pool and the water slide was really fun. With 2 large pools and an adult pool, the resort never seemed crowded as comparted to La Cabana or resorts we saw at Palm Beach. Hot tubs were very warm, but security was very aggressive in keeping kids, even teens, out of the hot tub with an Adults Only policy on both tubs. Even when parents were present and with their children in the hot tub, security reps constantly stopped by to get anyone under 18 out of the tub. Got kind of annoying. Also, security was aggressive about keeping teens out of the gym as well. Beach Tennis access across the street was very cool and be sure to try Double Down for their breakfast burrito or their avocado toast. Look forward to returning again someday.

This resort is good for families. They have everything you need and a 5 min walk to the beach. Would have been nice for more activities in the evening and more food options. I would stay here again

My original room wasn’t clean and had roaches. I had my JBL Bluetooth stollen and my son’s Valentino cologne stollen as well. Over $250 of items missing and the resort is saying the staff has no clue. We left with items in room and can’t find. I was treated subpar with staff based off the color of my skin. They greeted and service white patrons when I was next in line twice and I had to complain about it . I need assistance from Expedia to assist with the monetary value of my stolen goods. I will never stay here again. If you are of a different race I advise you to stay far away from this resort
