Friendly staff all round, clean space always, everyday room freshened/cleaned. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner area was beautiful, it had ambiance, self-serve and waiters at the same time. Outdoor pool was spacious and clean. Quiet and Family friendly. Onsite concierge for airport shuttle, rental cars, tour bookings etc I am already planning my next trip and only to stay at that location.

Nice little place.

Before our trip (August 2025), I read several reviews that described this hotel as outdated, but they seem to have recently undergone some renovations. I found our room to be adequate, and it had a balcony, which our kids loved sitting on. They could sit out there with the iPads as we prepared for our daily activities. There seems to be a design flaw in the shower, because it's an open concept shower, and there is no door. There should have been a lip (and a slightly deeper pitch) to prevent the water from running out of the shower. Even when we put a floor mat down, the issue persisted. The room had a fridge and a microwave, which we found helpful. At the start of our trip, we were having our room cleaned regularly (unsolicited), but this abruptly stopped. We had to call the front desk a couple of times to have them come late in the day. While it's a minor issue, there seemed to be some disconnect with the number of people in the room. We could never have them take away four dirty washcloths and towels and replace them with four clean ones. There is a resort fee, which pays for breakfast and the use of the various amenities. We found the offerings suitable, so we ate at the hotel most days. There are lots of resident iguanas, and they apparently love fruit, so our kids fed them daily. Oh, there was a stray dog that we saw on the property, and it chased a few of the guests, so keep an eye out for that. It's not hard to miss, as it wore a white bandana.
