Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
The electricity was shut off for two days. The water bill wasn’t paid. It was shut off for three days had to stay in a hotel room. The host would never answer my phone call will never get back with me and then after I got all this done and paid for the hotel room the last month I’ve been ghosted by the host. I still would like to have my hotel room and the four nights that I couldn’t stay there because of the water and electric, we have used you guys for several years on several properties and I’m very very disappointed
Stayed 92 nights in Mar 2026
