Resort Living Coogee

Summary:

The house is short stroll to Coogee, Clovelly & Bronte Beaches, has beautiful ocean views which are magnificent at sunrise and is right beside the famous Bondi to Coogee coastal cliff walk which is spectacular. Our house is very unique, it has a plunge pool and massive amounts of space - right in the heart of the Sydney's famous beach lifestyle.



We have 3 large, double bedrooms and the house can easily sleep up to 6 people !



The Space:

The "Perfect Serv Room" the master bedroom in the house - overlooking the tennis court on one side and the morning sunrise over the ocean on the other. It has it's tv lounge area, wrap around balcony and ensuite bathroom. It's the perfect room to retreat to after a day full of family and friends. The "Surfs Up Room" This spacious and airy room has it's own large private balcony overlooking the pool area. It has it's own fridge and tea, coffee making facilities so it is more than just a bed to sleep in. It is truly a place you can have the privacy and space to kick back and really enjoy your time here. The 'Sunrise Room' This is the smallest but by no means the least room in the house. It is airy, quiet and peaceful with a beautiful ocean view and a perfect little private balcony from which to enjoy the view.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire property to enjoy. It is full resort living by the beach. Welcome to enjoy this beautiful home as your own !



Some works are being done to the tennis court some building materials are being used down the side path to the house. I'll update the details here when the courts are available to use again after the building works are done.



For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



The Neighborhood:

Even at the peak of tourist season, Coogee maintains its cool, calm, and collected demeanour. Backpackers flow in and out with the tides while laid-back locals monitor Coogee's rip currents and relax in its beach huts and saltwater baths. In Coogee, no one notices what you wear, what you drive, or who you're with. This allows everyone more time to enjoy what really matters in this southeast suburb—the surf, the sand, and the sun.



Getting Around:

International Airport: 20 minutes by cab without traffic

Central Station: 25 minutes by bus

Opera House / Circular Quay: 35 minutes by bus

Bondi Beach: 12 minutes by cab



Other Things to Note:

All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



Please note: Smoking or Vaping within the house is strictly prohibited.

Guests will have full privacy but are welcome to reach out if they require assistance at check-in/check-out or during the stay. Simply send us a message via the channel where you booked we have a 100% response rate, otherwise we are just a quick phone call away during office hours :)
