Welcome to my lovely apartment. This minimalism one-bedroom apartment offers everything you need for your trip. Located in the prime location near Sydney Olympic Park, close to heaps of local restaurants and cafes, and just walking distance to public transportation. A comfy sofa bed can be used to accommodate your extra guests, a fully functioning kitchen can also save you a lot of money. Parking will also be provided which located in the basement.



The Space:

Walking into my apartment, you will be fascinated by the spacious living area and the great view from my balcony.



My apartment also featured with TV, wifi, fully functioning kitchen, all the essentials towels, hand towels, hairdryer, iron, iron board and all the stuff you need.



The bedroom comes with high-quality linens, pillows, cushions. I will also provide shampoo, soap, hair conditioner in the bathroom. So no matter if you are here with your family or a few days business trip, you don't have to worry about anything.

Guest Access:

You can have access to the entire home - you are booking the "entire place" which means you can make yourself at home throughout your entire stay.

Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check out by 10AM, Check out time is strictly at 10AM, any late late check out will incur late check fee of A$30.00 per hour Please wash dishes/ clean oven&stove if you use them. Extra cleaning fee50AUD will apply if they are not cleaned property. ________________________________________ - Please no amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted after 10 PM during your stay. - Please keep clean after cooking - Please take good care of keys - - Please return all keys as the instruction required otherwise if any key missing, stolen or damaged, reapplication fee of A$300.00 or more will be charged depending on the situation and cost - Extra guests other than stated host must be notified of the total number of guests no later than 24 hours prior to their arrival. - If there is any damage caused by inappropriate behaviour, fine will occur. - Guest is strictly forbidden for any parties or event held in the apartment, if we found any house rules are broken by the guest, host will have the rights to request guest to terminate your reservation with no refunds and leave the apartment immediately with penalty fines up to $1000 for any lost or damages causes in the apartment or the building. Furthermore, all amenities are designed for local residential, if any amenities are closed by any reason then it will not be eligible for any refund. STRICTLY NO PETS, SMOKING, DRUGS, HOUSE PARTIES, YELLING OR LOUD MUSIC PLEASE. Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.

Most of the time you will be checking in by yourself very smoothly with the check-in instructions provided closer to your arrival date. If you have any questions during your stay or prior to your booking, I can be easily contacted by messaging and phone call. I also have a co-host team will assist you with any inquiries during the after hours.
