Clean room. Good location. Pool is good for a dip and cool off on hot days if you don’t plan on being out. Good air conditioning, but note that you might have to leave your bedroom doors open all night if you don’t want to be hot so it can flow through as the a/c dos not vent unit in the individual bedrooms, so any form of privacy with kids is challenging
