This oceanfront condo has a private balcony with a fantastic view of the

beach. The balcony can be accessed from the living room or master bedroom.



The building has an elevator and an indoor heated pool.



There are 4 TVs, a DVD player, and wireless internet. The master bedroom has a

King size bed, bedroom 2 has 2 full-size bed and bedroom 3 has a Queen bed.



Located approximately 2 miles from the Pier at Garden City, Sam's Corner and

other shops and restaurants at Garden City Beach. It's appox. 1/2 mile to the

Surfside Pier, Scotty's Beach Bar, Neal and Pam's Bar and Grill, Bubba's Fish

Shack, River City Cafe and other shops and restaurants. Don't feel like

sitting in a restaurant.... the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals

at home or Head out back to the grilling & picnic area with take-out or for a

cookout by the beach

Linens are not included and there is an amount of fee applies for Linen

package.
