The Space:
Welcome to Seabreeze Sanctuary, as you step into this welcoming single-storey home, you’re greeted by a spacious open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The dining space and sunken lounge open onto the outdoor entertaining area, showcasing tranquil views of the sparkling natural chemical-free pool. The living room invites you to unwind with two plush chaise lounges, a smart TV, an air-conditioning unit, and a work-friendly desk complete with a monitor. Centrally positioned, the dining area sits adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen, featuring all the appliances you need to cook and feel right at home.
Outside, you’ll find a generous alfresco area with a dining table for eight and a BBQ, ideal for summer BBQs. To the side, a cosy outdoor lounge setting offers the perfect spot to relax and watch the family enjoy the pool. The large pool is a standout feature, perfect for hot days.
