The Space:
Nestled among established trees, this welcoming home is designed for easy coastal living, with generous indoor spaces complemented by multiple outdoor areas to relax, dine and spend time together. From the elevated timber deck to the expansive covered entertaining area, there's plenty of room to enjoy every part of your stay.
As you arrive, two sets of stairs lead through the gardens to the home, passing the upper deck where comfortable seating and a firepit create the perfect setting for quiet mornings or relaxed evenings beneath the stars. Just beyond, the spacious undercover entertaining area invites everyone together with an outdoor dining table for eight, a BBQ and a ping pong table for hours of family fun.
Inside, the bright open-plan living area provides a comfortable place to unwind, with a Smart TV offering streaming apps, a large sofa, occasional chairs and air conditioning that keeps the entire living space cool throughout the warmer months. A dining table for six sits alongside the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, making everything from quick breakfasts to shared dinners easy to prepare.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe and sliding doors opening onto a private balcony with leafy surrounds. A second bedroom also includes a queen bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe, while the third bedroom offers two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends. The living area also includes a double sofa bed that can be prepared on request for an additional fee. The bathroom includes a shower, vanity and toilet.
Outside, the fully fenced front yard provides a secure space for pets when the front gate is closed. Guests have access to a carport with parking for one to two vehicles, with additional free street parking available.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire first level of the home. Please make yourselves at home!
The Neighborhood:
Perfectly positioned to experience the best of Caloundra, the home is just a short drive from the area's renowned beaches, cafés and coastal attractions. Spend your days swimming or surfing at Kings Beach, relaxing at Bulcock Beach, or exploring the cafés and boutiques along Bulcock Street, all within around three minutes by car. Moffat Beach is only four minutes away, while Kawana Shoppingworld, Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Australia Zoo are each within around 15 to 30 minutes. Venture further to Mooloolaba for waterfront dining, whale watching and water sports, or enjoy a scenic day trip to Noosa Heads in under an hour.
Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately a 400m walk to Mary Street where bus services are available and operate to Caloundra, Maroochydore, Currimundi and Kawana.

*Pet-friendly for 2 dogs max - upon application, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
*Please note firewood at this home is not supplied. It can be purchases from a close by fuel station.
*Please note the home does not having a washing machine or dryer, there is a nearby laundromat on Bowman Road (4min drive/1.5km away).
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
