King bedroom with full laundry closet and a queen bedroom, each with their own en-suite bath and smart TV. LVP flooring throughout the condo for easy, clean maintenance. New King mattress in 2025 and new Queen mattress in 2026. The living room has a smart TV, loveseat with ottoman, upholstered arm chair and queen sofa bed for extra sleeping space and access to deck with 4 chairs to watch the golfers in action, or just enjoy your favorite beverage and relax. The full kitchen is fully stocked with all needed appliances and cookware to stay in and prepare your meals, if desired. Enjoy amenities like a full size washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, free WiFi, AC/heat, iron and ironing board. Portable wooden crib and mattress available under King bed if needed. Onsite pools, hot tubs, pickleball and tennis courts, golf courses, restaurants and bars to enjoy.(*Note: as of March 2026, the Sunset Tiki pool and bar directly in front of the condo is still under renovation)
