Front desk staff not very friendly. 2 foot long hair on the shower wall. Loud people in the room next to ours at 10:15pm, called the front desk and they didn't seem to care; said they'd call them, nothing changed. The room was fine otherwise and the kids loved the pool. Overall 3 stars because for the price it was more or less what you would expect.

Staff was friendly at check-in, room was clean. The shower was the standout amenity. The water pressure was perfect, which can be rare. In many hotels I’ve been in it tends to be lackluster, but this was better than home.

The whole place looks like it needs some maintenance, lots of cracking paint & rust. It over all felt very dirty in the main area including the pool. The breakfast buffet had dirty plates and dirty glass ware with old food stuck on them. The hallways smelled of weed and cigarettes repeatedly. As we were getting dressed to leave the last morning the cleaning crew came at 8:00 am to clean our room and I said we weren’t ready to leave yet and they came back at 8:30am and then just sat out side our room waiting for us to leave.

Stayed overnight Wednesday, 12/24/25. Room spacious and in good condition. BUT there was ***no*** heat in the breakfast room the next morning which is an extension of the lobby. Needless to say, it was freezing there. You couldn't even get a hot cup of coffee as the cups were so cold. Tried tea in a styrofoam cup but the water was lukewarm. (Breakfast was included in my room rate.) When I asked about it, I was told there was a broken motor and it would not be addressed until "management returns" on Monday. Completely Unacceptable.

Room appeared to be clean but well worn. Check-in person was pleasant. The person running the bar at night and breakfast in the morning was pretty grumpy. They wanted to charge $13 for a breakfast buffet that is complimentary at almost every other hotel. $18 for cooked to order eggs.
