This Hotel was a 10 out of 10. The service was amazing. Free bottled water and free specialty coffees to take with you in the morning. Free appetizer when we checked in and 10% off breakfast the next morning. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome! We already booked our next stay.

Desk staff was courteous upon check in. We need a few extra towels and they provided towels to us right at the front desk. Our room smelled clean as we walked in. The bathroom seemed to have been remodeled recently and was very clean. Shower soap was provided. The beds were comfy and the room temperature was controlled from the wall. The lobby had complementary ice water and coffee/tea in the morning. There is a free shuttle to Foxwoods although we were going to Mohegan Sun for a show so elected to take an Uber.

It's my second time being at the hotel and I enjoyed it even better than the first time. Love the hot tub very clean so I will go there and stay there again. They should have microwaves in their room. So people don't need to go in downstairs and warm up their food

The cleaning wasn't great. The hot tub had hair in it. I alaways stay here for the convenience and because the staff is always great. I just wasn’t thrilled I had to clean before using the hot tub.

The room was awful! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and read many reviews and they were all positive. It was dirty and dusty. There was a bottle cap in the middle of our bed under the mattress pad. The toilet swayed back and forth. I have pictures and videos. The shower was disgusting.
