Our cheerful bungalow features plenty of comfort, including a large screened porch ideal for relaxing evenings. Exploring the area is easy with the Central Ave Trolley and the new high-speed SunRunner Bus just a few blocks away.

Your well-behaved four-legged family members are welcome to join in on the fun—this is a pet-friendly home!

You’ll enjoy exclusive use of the entire bungalow and beautifully landscaped, fenced-in front yard. It’s a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle, with on-street parking conveniently available right out front.

The Pineapple Cottage is located directly behind the Bungalow. While each property has its own separate yard, parking, and laundry, you may come in contact with other guests.

** Please note, processing fees for confirmed bookings are non-refundable
Do not engage in any illegal activity during your stay.

Please take your shoes off so the floors and light carpets stay nice.

Only confirmed guests are allowed in the house.

Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum. Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without a refund and loss of your entire security deposit.

Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.

Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke outside with the house doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.
