We had a 3rd floor room and was informed the elevator was not working. Went to take a shower in the morning and discovered there was no hot water in shower. They did send maintenance after 9 am to fix the shower fixture.

Strong start, when we go there the whole driveway was full of cars and no one was in them, and no one in the “valet” lot. My boyfriend stayed in the car outside and I ran in and asked where the valet was. The front desk proceeded to tell me it was quote-on-quote valet, but it was self service (so just a parking lot) for $10 but it’s full. So we drove around for 40 mins and found an overnight lot, walked 15 mins to the hotel and checked in. But then, my reservation was cancelled on their end! They couldn’t find the reservation at all even though I had it pulled up on my phone. They had to get the manager and the whole check in process was prolonged 20 mins because of this. Finally they got us our key, we found our room, and the key didn’t work! Lovely. I had to go back downstairs and get a new one. Finally got into the room, and it was gross! Carpets all stained, lamp was broken and hardly standing up, there was sharpie and paint written words all over the bathroom door, mirrors, and frames in the room. It was supposed to be city view, but we faced the not working and quite ugly pool. The paint was peeling of the walls, there was a random hole in the wall of the room, it was terrible. Luckily we just needed to sleep and the sheets were clean, but otherwise I would have left. I’ve stayed in some pretty terrible hotels around the world, but this one has gotta take the cake. It’s al least in a great location, but the hotel itself is run down, old, not taken care of, and not worth

To start no elevator and I'm disabled, then phone didn't work only 4 channels on tv, had to unplug refridgerator in order use microwave bathroom was smallest we've ever seen, room looked nothing like room that was posted on your site, pool not working and the list just goes on and on. I will have a hard time to recommend this hotel or your site

Front desk staff was courteous. We had to find off site parking as the lot was full. No elevator, but staff helped tote the luggage up the steps. Shower had nice pressure, ac unit was great, kept the room nice and cold. Hotel doesn’t have any amenities available currently, but the price was significantly less than any others in the area and very reasonable for Valentine’s night. Overall, I would say this a great value for the price.

This is an older hotel and it is evident. There are a number of things that the hotel doesn't have which more modern hotels do but to me it was minimal. They appear that they're doing their best to make it work but just be aware. The location is 10/10 and the staff is extremely friendly. For the price compared to other hotels in the area I would highly recommend it if you can stand smaller bathrooms and less modern amenities. Overall, it was a great experience.

The room was great. Had a little problem with the AC when we first got into the room, but within minutes of notifying the Front Desk hotel staff was there and got the AC to start working properly. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, nice and kind. overall, the stay at the exchange was wonderful and we will be going back.

This place is a nightmare. Felt like a hostel. Elevators broken, water came out brown, lost power in our room because we had two things plugged in. We were attending a wedding and were late. Had to call several times for a solution and was told they were looking into it. After the third call we asked for a different room so we could finish getting ready. It was awful. We ended up leaving and got a room somewhere else. No parking- and day of check-in was told trucks can’t park in their lot and we have to park two blocks away.

The room was very neglected, the A.C unit was filthy and did not have heat while it was 30 degrees outside. Lots of noise in the morning, banging and furniture moving. Additionally the hotel bar and pool were not up and running. Loud construction outside the 1st floor windo and a mild mildew smell in the hallways. Parking is an additional $10 per day. The only saving grace was the location. Would not stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the location was perfect and everyone was very kind and helpful. The front desk staff were especially supportive special thanks to Gizem for her outstanding help and warm attitude. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
