Please understand that outdoor pools are subject to heat loss, particularly when ambient temperatures fall below 70°F, during windy conditions, or overnight.
While we ensure the heater is operating properly, actual water temperature cannot be guaranteed under cooler weather conditions, and no refunds will be issued for temperature fluctuations caused by environmental factors.
If the outdoor temperature drops below 50°F, the heater may enter defrost mode or temporarily shut down as a safety precaution. Normal operation will resume automatically once the temperature rises above 50°F.

Guest Limit: Up to 10 guests only, unless pre-approved.
No Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited.
Extra Guests: Inform us beforehand – additional fees may apply.
Quiet Hours: 9 PM - 9 AM. No large speakers or fireworks outdoors. Respect neighbors and don’t trespass. If a ball goes over the fence, contact us instead of disturbing neighbors.
No Smoking/Vaping: Anywhere on the property – $500 fine for violations.
Grill Use: Only use propane, no charcoal – damages will incur replacement costs.
Fire Safety: Turn off propane after use. Never use charcoal or lighter fluid – $500 fine.
Trash: Bag all trash and use garbage bins – no loose items or bags left outside.
Damages: Report accidents or stains right away.
Cleanliness: Keep the space tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges.
Check-Out: 10 AM sharp. Late check-out fee: $50 per 30 minutes.
Penalties: Violations (e.g., noise, extra guests, parking issues, tampering with security, or community disruption) may result in fines up to $1000 and/or reservation cancellation.
