Please note: In the event that an access card is lost or stolen during your stay, a replacement fee of €50 per card will apply.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please note the following:

• Only registered guests may stay overnight
• Additional guests require prior approval and may incur additional fees
• No pets allowed
• Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited
• Tampering with smoke detectors will incur a charge
• Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest

Guests are kindly asked to respect building residents and maintain reasonable noise levels.
We respect your privacy and ask that you also respect our noise policy to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep on the premises at any time. The apartment is insured for the number of guests you book. If you plan to have additional guests, please obtain permission first, as a nightly fee may be charged for each extra guest.

Kindly note that no pets are allowed.

Smoking inside the property is not permitted, and any smoke detectors that are found removed will incur a charge.

Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest(s). If a key card is lost or not returned, a €50 replacement fee will be applied per card
