Very friendly staff. She upgraded me to a locked building because I felt unsafe. Breakfast wasn’t very good, but the room was clean after she put me in the locked building. I felt safe and comfortable very comfortable bed, and my room was clean for the second night

Ill avoid returning if possible. Staff is friendly beds are comfortable. The first room we were assigned on the first floor all the way at the end was dungeon like and smelled. No elevator in the building we were sent to. My Senior Citizen friend had a hard time. Smelled too.

This hotel is making a real effort to provide a good experience, but the property is aging. The lack of outlets and the painted cinderblock style walls made me feel like I had stepped back in time. On the plus side, everything was clean, the buffet breakfast was good and the staff was attentive.

The nice lady at the desk gave us a second room soon after but we had driven 8 hours and was disappointed with this delay to finally rest our reserved room. We had to change rooms because the television in our first room would not work. The person in the office came to our room to try the fix the problem, but when she couldn’t, she promptly moved us to a nearby room. Other than the TV, everything was great! Both rooms were clean and spacious.

We were traveling with our dogs so we were grateful that this hotel was pet friendly. The room seemed adequate but we found items all over the carpet that were left behind near the bed or cabinets like dirty socks, a dirty dog ball, and other random objects. If the room was vacuumed well, we would have ranked the room/hotel higher. We appreciated the refrigerator/freezer very much. The staff were nice and helpful. It was convenient to have places nearby to eat and shop.
