"The biggest problem was THE SIGN of the HOTEL WAS WRONG. I was looking for a CHERRY HILL HOTEL that I booked, thus spent lots of time to find the hotel. Ask people in another hotel, but they never heard of this hotel, Cherry Hill. The sign on the building was Crowne Plaza.
When I stepped in to the building to check, it was kind a chaotic, someone was trapped in the elevator between the floors, the front desk was busy taking care of lots of things by just 1 person. The building looked as if a deserted or abandoned. The whole floor was dark and empty. There was only 1 person at the front desk, he was not answering any of my question straight forwardly, i.e., the situation of the hotel, whether the property owned and operated by a legitimate people and legal entity.
When I got in to the assigned unit, there was no water !!! Cannot use toilet, sink, shower…! Called the front desk for another room, but they told me he would send a guy to fix. We could NOT freshen-up for our dinner meeting. When we returned from the dinner, the water was back on. Middle of night, I woke up by a strange noise, and found out the toilet tank valve wasn’t shut off, thus made weird sound continuously. What can you do in the middle of the night?!
In the morning, I noticed the grass wall was extremely dirty. Only one good thing at this hotel was the full breakfast which I bought for extra $8.00 was good. Not much savings, regular price was $10~14. "
