This was the perfect place for us on a recent trip, on which we had three activities planned in Center City, the ESP, and on the Schuylkill Trail. Club Quarters Hotel was convenient and walkable to all three, and surrounded by great places to get coffee and food. The room was small but just right for us as a couple, and amazingly quiet for being in the middle of everything (granted, we had an inner room not facing the main street.) The chilled, filtered water station on each floor was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and the AC worked great. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. No noise issues. The only thing that would have made my stay a full 5 stars would have been a mini/beverage fridge or ice machine. Really anything to keep any beverages I brought to my room cold. If those things were available, it wasn't clearly communicated (no ice bucket in the room).

I’m very disappointed with my experience after staying at this hotel. It’s been over two weeks since I checked out, and I still haven’t received my deposit back — nor have I had any update from the property. They have completely ignored my follow-up email, which is unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is that Expedia has not been helpful in resolving the situation either. Their support team told me they have no control over the hotel’s payment system, which feels like they are just shirking responsibility. As a customer who booked and paid through Expedia, I expected much better support and accountability from them. I would strongly advise future travellers to be cautious when booking this property (and when relying on Expedia to help with issues like this), as the lack of response and responsibility from both sides has been extremely disappointing.

Room 308 oh no. Bed is like a soft taco and it is right next to the housekeeping hub, so it is crazy lous as of 7 am. Lobby was being renovated for half of our stay. This was my second visit, but I won’t be back.

We called hotel to check what parking garage they use. The automated system told us which garage. We parked and bright receipt to desk and were told we selected wrong option at garage. Overnight instead of hourly and could not get it validated. There was no instructions on which to select. I feel this needs to be corrected.

Our experience was marginal at best. Our room was behind the front desk, in some dingy little hallway. Room snacks were way overpriced especially considering there wasn’t fruit or pastries or any morning offering, except coffee, and no hair dryer in the room.
