This hotel is definitely not all that for all the run around they have u doin just to stay there, 100 buck hold for a hotel that not even on at high end level, the power was out for a few hours, tv didn’t work, had me and my wife standin in the cold just to get in to check in. I’ll definitely never stay here again

Great experience! The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but had everything we needed. There were so many nice conveniences at the hotel: a water dispenser with complimentary bottles by the elevator, and a free coffee/espresso machine in the lobby. The lobby was comfortable with plenty of places to sit, chat, and even tables to eat at. We got a friendly greeting when we checked in, and hotel staff greeted us each time we came back in. The only thing I'd suggest is if you're sensitive to noise ask for a higher floor or a room on the non-street side since this is a busy area of the city and there's a lot of street traffic. This was a great stay and we'd definitely stay at this hotel or their hotels in other cities again.

Had a very nice stay here. All interactions with staff were pleasant and helpful. Loved the coffee, filtered water and seltzer in the lobby. The small nespresso in the room was a cut above the usual in-room coffee maker. And there is a filtered water station on every floor to refill your water bottle. The room, though on the small side, was clean and well equipped. There were lots of outlets for chargers and my CPap. We were in town to visit the museums, and although it was not terribly close to the Barnes or the art museum, we would probably stay here again.
