Receptionists were very hospitable and warm. They gave their guests amazing & yummy cookies. Paid parking & Breakfast which was a bummer but otherwise this hotel is massive in size and parking lot looked like some event was going on in the hotel and was not easy to find a spot. I sat on the couch in the lobby and water leaked on me that was coming from the ceiling. I mentioned it to the lady at the desk but she seemed unbothered and like she already new. The stains on the couch showed it isn't a new leak. House keeping didn't clean the floor in the bathroom. My hair falls out due to chemo and there was hair on the floor when I left the room. When getting back there was still hair on the floor and some in the toilet they wasn't in there before. I had socks on the bed under the covers and they were still there after the bed was "made" so that makes me think they didn't change the sheets and just made the need with the same sheets. On the website it says the bar serves lunch but they never opened and when I asked they told me they don't serve lunch only dinner and it opens at 4pm. The shower curtain also had rips in it.

The room had some repairs needed in the bathroom.Dryway/shower head. No coffee and no continental breakfast was a huge let down. And the fact that i couldnt buy the breakfast package past my initial reservation- i had to pay full retail for my son and i. And then to find out i had to pay extra for parking. I felt i was taken for my money and i wont stay here again

There was rust in the tub and on the shower walls. Water pressure in bathroom sink was the smallest stream ever. There is a vent in the shower that’s visible and you can see all of the dirt and debris. Lighting was terrible, lamp was missing a bulb. I booked 2 days only stayed for 1 due to being unsatisfied. If you need somewhere to sleep really quick or airport needs that’s it. Will not be booking here again. Thank you Expedia for getting my refund!
