The room was clean, and the staff was nice in the hotel and the restaurant. But, if it's windy like this last storm, the wind comes through the ac/heating unit so we had to crank the temp up to keep warm. There's no fridge, microwave, or laundry facilities so if that affects your planning, I wouldn't recommend. I didn't know how important having those 3 things were until I was without it.

Your team was extremely rude and mentioned that breakfast was not part of my package. I paid for breakfast and was told I would have to pay again. If they are concerns, I suggest advising Expedia not to offer.

I was not told of a 200.00 coincidental fee. But since we were there to visit my daughter at a Philadelphia hospital after she had open heart surgery, we had no choice. After splitting the amounts on my 2 debit cards, not too long later other amounts came off both my cards causing them to overdraw both accounts. We had to ask for a fridge and microwave as they weren't in the room and were told they were. I picked this hotel for the pool and gym but the pool never opened. No garbage liners in the garbage cans. Water was either too hot or too cold. Usually to pay that much your breakfast is free but were told there was an extra charge. If i was to stay again, I would need to be made aware of some of these things. Just wasn't very enjoyable with the reason we had this visit in Philadelphia in the first place.
