Having to pay $25/day for parking was fairly ridiculous given the fact that the room was subpar. The AC couldn’t be turned off so it was cold the entire stay. There was no fridge or microwave in the room which should be at least semi standard for most rooms imo. Staff was okay but always seemed to be frazzled or as if they just didn’t want to be there. Breakfast was also apparently charged too but we never had any given the previous reviews stating that it wasn’t anything special to pay for. Would definitely never book here again.

The hotel was falling apart. There were stains in the carpets, pieces of tile at the pool were broken. The walls had cobwebs in the corners, stains, & peeling wallpaper/paint. The parking was very disappointing & expensive. $25 a night just to end up parking in a make shift parking spot is outrageous. The first night was the worse as I circled around the building for 20 minutes before spelling with someone at the front desk. Her first suggestion was to wait for the staff to leave in another 10 minutes which was not ideal because I had already been waiting 20 minutes. 10 minutes after that an employee directed me to park somewhere but I was not at ease with the location because I was afraid my car would be towed.

People and staff were very nice. However, the state of the property is not good and really needs improvement. The rooms are outdated and frankly plain dirty, the carpet was stained as well as the walls. Unfortunately also, the walls were very thin and you can hear everything, from people talking to them going to the bathroom. Very disappointed with the visit and couldn't wait to check out. Again, the only highlight was the staff.

From pickup at airport (shuttle driver didn’t greet, didn’t open door-didn’t even get out of van), to the front desk reception (2 of the 3 agents chatting away and just looking at us and telling us to go to the other agent (who was great). The warm cookies we thoroughly enjoyed. There were no luggage transports and a security guard finally gave us a literal wooden floor utility dolley to get our things to our room. The wear and tear in our room - I have a few pics if you need detail on the condition of the bathroom. Then the shuttle at 4am with the same driver (which doesn’t need repeating). Also I requested a receipt when checking out and was told with zero guest interaction that I could not have because they were doing an audit. Not a “how was your stay”-nothing. I’m not even sure I have received the bill that I was assured would be emailed. We were very happy to be so close to the airport but we definitely would go elsewhere in the future. We were quite disappointed.

The room was not clean . We stayed 2 days the cleaning staff came and didn’t make bed. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Empty bottles were not refilled. Very unhappy with the stay.

I was disappointed with a few things. The outlet in the bathroom in our room did not work. The heating unit in our room was also not working. I tried everything to get it to turn on. We woke up cold in the middle of the night. We got in late from a concert so i didnt want to deal with it. The pool was closed so my son was upset because he looked forward to a swim un the morning. The breakfast was insanely overpriced for the selection and quality. $18.95 for bacon, soggy eggs and cold potatoes is just nuts. The location was convenient but im not sure if i would stay again. The breakfast should be included for the price of the room of at least cheaper. If the pool is going to be closed, that is something guests should know.
