"Our room had dirt and dust in the corners and especially behind the bed. The bathroom had black mold on the tiles in the shower. The vent in the shower looked like it had never been cleaned. "

The food was pretty good at Bar Bibi, and the drinks were delicious. Ordered a burger using room service and it was very, very salty and overcooked for the exorbitant price. Lots of great restaurants a stone’s throw away. Disappointed the pool wasn’t open in the morning for a quieter swim. "

Mentioned this to the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the people at the front desk were not unpleasant, but they rarely acknowledged me when I walked through the lobby. In fact, many times they seemed to actively avoid eye contact. "
