Clean property. Friendly staff. Staffed information desk was a plus. Lobby is small which led to cramped check-in. Elevators were being used by service staff and used to transport carts of trash from room service through the lobby. 4 PM check-in is not as convenient as 3 PM at neighboring hotels. $48 valet parking is pretty steep.

Checked in room and face towels were dirty and unfolded. Kindly asked for new ones… never came. We stayed in same room for 4 nights (5 days) and despite asking to, room was never cleaned, trash bins never emptied and never got our clean face towels and had towels. Everything else was okay… but this was upsetting. Dove soaps are good quality though and smell nice.

Great location and view from Riverside but a lot of noise from traffic and 18 wheelers. Take a sound machine. Rooftop pool is very nice and the gazebo was lovely. Concierge was very helpful and friendly. Front desk and breakfast staff were not friendly and one lady was very rude when I asked about reward details. Breakfast staff ignored me totally and shook her head when I asked if there would be any refills. Got a ding on my car with Valet parking. Overall a great place to walk to all areas of downtown. Clean and really good overall.

The location is perfect for walking around the city and riverfront. The staff is very nice and took care of us. The lady that runs the breakfast is one of the nicest people you could meet. We all had a great time.

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The elevator is the only thing that really needs attention - worn out and the one had control panel with floor buttons duct taped together. That should really be fixed asap. Otherwise, I can't complain at all - it was great location on Bay Street right across from the river and easy walk to everything.

Hotel was very clean, staff was very polite and courteous. Had a small billing issue where multiple charges were on our card that shouldn’t be. Staff is working to get issue corrected. As long as charges drop off like we were told they would, it shouldn’t be a big deal. Valet parking staff needs more help. Valet Parking is a convenience service. We waited 20+ minutes for our vehicle multiple times. This made a $50 per day service very inconvenient. Valet staff was very nice and we’re doing the best they could. They just need more people.

Convenient location to the riverfront. Room was clean and family friendly. We could use more towels for a family of 4, only left 3 in the room (borrowed pool towels). The view in photo is from 9th floor pool deck which our room was on second floor with view to restaurants. Parking valet was excellent, friendly and fast. Breakfast was wonderful everyday! Family loved the pancake maker!
