Excellent service, people were great, very clean, perfect Pool and hot tub. My only complaint was breakfast (complimentary) limited choices and subpar food. It was also cold. If there was a microwave down there it would have made up for it. Most hotels have microwaves in breakfast area.

We were lucky. We got a large room with a view of the water and boats pulling in and out. Loved watching TV and eating peach cobbler in bed as we fell asleep. Great staff, great breakfast, great locus. Recommend.

The service was fantastic. Everyone was very polite and helpful, from the receptionists to the valet parking attendants. Amazing location!!! Their valet system is very practical, as you just text in advance and your car arrives in 20 or 30 minutes. Checkout at 11am is Amazing. Room with plenty of outlets, which is excellent. Two bad things: breakfast ends at 9:30 am. We went down at 9:05 am and there was no more food. The pancake machine wasn't working well, but after several minutes waiting in line it finally started working. We waited for the kitchen employee to bring more food, and instead of putting it on the counter, she served us herself, which I found very embarrassing because she was adjusting the number of eggs. My daughter had to wait standing for more than 15 minutes until the sausages were ready. It felt awful to be begging for food. So we decided to eat out the next day. The bathtub was clogged, and even though it was a reservation for 4 people, there were only 3 towels. This is so frustrating. Mattress and pillow rating: 7.5 Regardless of anything, I would go back again.
