Overall a nice hotel. Seems relatively new; rooms, bathrooms clean and comfortable. Bed is a bit too ‘bouncy’ for my taste, but that’s not a big deal- just a personal preference. Liked the big breakfast area, and we enjoyed that there is restaurant/bar on site with very friendly staff (we arrived later than expected so it was great to be able to get a bite to eat in the hotel!). Unfortunately 1 of 2 elevators was out of service which was very challenging in a 7 floor hotel. We ended up carrying large suitcases down stairs from our 3rd floor room at check out because the wait for the one elevator was ridiculously long. Also we were given a room facing the highway, and you could clearly hear road noise as well as all hallway noise. We have stayed at other Drury hotels “along the road” per se and had not experienced that - not sure why thin walls, windows at this one. (?)

Such a great place! We stayed there one night on the way to Jacksonville and came back and stayed again the next night! Great food and drinks in the evening, great breakfast in the morning and FABULOUS STAFF! Every one was great and seemed like they were having fun working. So hard to find employees that are that dedicated!! Demetrius (sp?) especially was so great at the front desk!

Everything was great. Love the hotel & its amenities. Customer service is great. Special thanks to Graham who spent few hours trying to help us with our heating issue in our room. He went above & beyond to make sure we have a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely look for the same hotel when I am traveling within US, because this is my first time staying with them, but it won’t be the last for sure. We’ll be coming back on Saturday to stay one more night as we are heading home.

This is a brand new hotel and it is stellar. Super clean super nice staff. They offer you a drink card when you check in and you can actually have up to three drinks per person per night. Of course you have to tip the bartender absolutely absolutely. Anyway Wonderful wonderful stay we will definitely be staying in this hotel again.

I can not find anything wrong with our stay. The hotel was very nice and clean. The complimentary food and drinks was unexpected and a kind gesture to their guests. Staff was very friendly also.
