The fee for parking was very expensive. The day of checkout the elevators stopped working. We had to walk down 10 flights of stairs with our luggage for checkout. There also was no fridge in the room.

Nice hotel in a great location

Nice hotel. Excellent service. Good pool. Great location. Only issue is the single guest elevator. But, that wasn’t too much of a problem - just requires some patience.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The lobby in particular the rooms are outdated, but comfortable, and the rooftop pool and view is simply breathtaking. I would definitely stay at this location again. In Jesus Christ Name-Romans 8.28

Enjoyable stay

Lovely hotel, service and rooftop pool. Outstanding location! Only problem was that the elevators were not working and we had to take the service elevator. Hopefully they will correct that for a future guests.

Great location, beautiful city. Very walkable and safe, most comfortable beds ever. Beautiful view of the river from our room on the 8th floor! Friendly check-in, got great advice from the front desk about free parking on the street. Just make sure you understand the rules. Wonderful pool area on the second floor level, with in-water foam chairs for sunning and a bar at poolside. Late night high-quality bar attached with a sophisticated bartender to meet your needs.

The staff was AMAZING and super friendly. I booked for my birthday. The first room was a standard King abs there was hair all in the bed, reported to front desk and they immediately compromise and upgraded. The next room was bigger .. there was still 2 pieces of hair but I was so tired from the ride and everything we just let it go. Out of 3 elevators, only 1 worked so there was always a wait and a lot of people on the elevator ALWAYS. Other than that, the location was perfect, parking isn’t horrible, and the staff was magnificent

Wonderful staff and location

The staff at this hotel is terrific. The location is great. Our room was clean, although it showed a little wear. The price of overnight valet seemed a little high. Overall, great stay and we’ll be back.
