We love the location of this hotel and the employees are all terrific. They cater to your needs, the rooms are clean and housekeeping is friendly and accommodating. The bartenders are super knowledgable about the city and the front desk gang is top notch. Even the valets are fabulous. We'll be back!

Staff was unkind over the phone when calling with reservation questions. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the bar. However, our bathroom light was out and it took hours for someone to come fix it. When the gentleman who came to fix it was very kind and respectful when in our room.

Pros - Great location, valet parking, friendly staff, clean room. Cons - Small room, high prices, dirty windows, and exterior plants were dead with trash in the plant beds (around the front of the building).

The room was clean. The beds were hard and made my hips hurt. The room was very wet and damp feeling. I believe they have a water issue from somewhere. The AC was new so It was not from there. The room was very small with the sink in the middle of the room not in the bathroom, and the bathroom was tiny so it was very hard to change clothes for privacy. The elevator area sinks badly with some kind of spray.

Great location! Great service! Small rooms, but you can’t always get lucky with room size. Drinks tickets and percentage off the restaurant, but you pay $25 up front for it as an added fee. I would say that it’s still worth it. Overall great experience!

Rooms were nice and clean but with a terrible bathroom lay-out. The sink was in the room, not in the bathroom. Using the very bright light around the sink interfered with other sleeping guests in the room. NOT an ideal solution. Lack of hooks in the bathroom for towels was noted. Rooms facing Bay St were very noisy from truck traffic from early morning 'til after dark. A mandatory $25 destination fee (+ tax on that fee) sermed overkill. It gave you, a.o., free wi-fi and one free drink per guest per day. The location was superb and within walking distance of everything tourists come to town to see and do. The staff was nice and friendly.
