House with garden and swimming pool in the charming town of Sitges. 50 meters from the beach, a 15-minute walk from the town centre, 30 minutes from Barcelona.

Our house is 50 m from the beach in a quiet residential area of Sitges (Vinyet).
The centre of Sitges is within walking distance—a lovely town without mass tourism.

There is a direct train and bus connection to Barcelona centre and to the airport (approx. 40 minutes).

Groceries, nightlife, beach, shopping, nature—all within walking or cycling distance!

The house has a large living/dining room and a generous garden (with BBQ).
It’s part of a small, child-friendly community with a swimming pool.

2 bedrooms with single bed.

Kitchen with all amenities. Laundry room with washer and dryer, 2 neat bathrooms.

Please note: there is no air conditioning. The house remains comfortably cool, and there are very effective fans.

The community is very quiet and child-friendly: 12 homes, most of which are permanently occupied. The pool is never crowded :)

Bicycles can be arranged.
Cleaning is included. Upon request, a weekly cleaning service during your stay can be provided.

The house is only rented out during our own holiday period, for a minimum of 2 weeks.
We cherish our home and our good relationship with the neighbours, so we’re very selective about tenants. No groups,
