Schönes Appartement in schöner Lage am Yachthafen

Schöne Wohnung in einer Wohnanlage mit großem, parkähnlichen Garten, unmittelbar am Yachthafen von Colombare. Sirmione erreicht man mit dem Pendelbus innerhalb kürzester Zeit und auch ein kleiner (Kies-)Strand sowie verschiedene ausgezeichnete Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die in der Nähe der Wohnanlage (2 min zu Fuß) gelegene Poolanlage mit eigenem Bademeister ist sehr gepflegt, leider ist - wie in Italien üblich - das Babybetten nicht beheizt, demnach ist für Kleinkinder ein Baden im Frühjahr noch nicht möglich. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Leider ist die Wohnung, wie auch die gesamte Wohnanlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen und insbesondere der Reinigungszustand ließ zu wünschen übrig. Dennoch haben wir uns hier insgesamt wohl gefühlt. Wichtig zu wissen: Der private Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage der Wohnanlage ist sehr eng und maximal für mittelgroße Wagen ausgelegt - minutenlanges Rangieren und Aussteigen über die hintere Sitzreihe eingeschlossen.
