Live a beautiful experience and stay in an authentic Sevillian house in the heart of Seville, just a few metres from the Cathedral.Cosy house in a quiet street with two cosy flats. The entrance and staircase are decorated with traditional old Sevillian tiles. The flat with one bedroom and terrace is on the first floor without lift, separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. It is accessed by an original narrow staircase typical of old Sevillian houses.
The apartment has 1 bedroom, with 2 individual beds,1 double sofa bed and 1 bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 4 people.The interior decoration combines modern and traditional elements: wooden doors and ceilings, wrought iron and hand-painted ceramics.

First floor: small communal courtyard at the entrance. Old staircase with walls tiled with old ceramic tiles from Seville.

Second floor: bedroom with two double beds and closet. Bathroom with separate shower. Independent kitchen well equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances.Small bright living room with large windows with access to the small terrace with stairs to a third level overlooking the Giralda. Undoubtedly, the terrace is an exclusive place to enjoy.

OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE The law in Spain obliges and requires that all adults over 17 years of age must be registered.To formalize the reservation you must provide the official identity documents of all the adults staying in the house. This process must be completed before the date of entry in order to access the apartment

PETS ON REQUESTYou must always ask and inform us beforehand of the breed and age of your pet. We will accept your pet, depending on the breed, size and age of your pet and will apply a small supplement per day.Any damage or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest.



NO smoking in the apartment and common areas

SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed.

Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment.HELP 🙏 with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt

Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it.

PROHIBITED to host people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, disturbing other guests, loud music

Failure to comply with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion.
