EVA RECOMMENDS invites you to stay in our stylish and modern two-bedroom apartment in the historic center of Seville.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has an elevator.The apartment, with ample and comfortable space, is distributed in two bedrooms:the main one with a double bed and the second with 2 single beds.

It also consists of a bathroom with shower equipped with hand soap, gel and shampoo, and the living room that is divided into an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, the dining table, a sofa, flat screen TV, heating, central air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.The apartment also has large windows that face the outside and allow it to have excellent natural light.

We have a laundry room available to all guests of the building, with a washer and dryer (room in the basement).

It is totally forbidden to smoke in all the facilities of the building and apartment, make noise and disturb other guests, hold any type of party/event and make improper use of the facilities.In case of non-compliance with these rules, the guest will be responsible for the repair/solution of any incident.

OFFICIAL REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE The law in Spain obliges and requires that all adults over 17 years of age must be registered.To formalize the reservation you must provide the official identity documents of all the adults staying in the house. This process must be completed before the date of entry in order to access the apartment

NO smoking in the apartment and common areas

SECURITY: Make sure that the main door is always well closed.

Remember to turn OFF the air conditioning / heating, when you are not in the apartment.HELP 🙏 with the energy crisis by making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you're not in the apt

Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty utensils in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition as you find it.

PROHIBITED to host people who are not registered in the reservation, parties, disturbing other guests, loud music

Failure to comply with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion.
