The Space:
Perfect for groups who want to spread out, Magnolia Hollow is two separate, side-by-side homes (Units A and B) booked together. There’s no interior connection between the units, giving you flexible privacy while keeping your whole group on one property.
Across the two homes, you’ll find 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, plus two living rooms—each with a full-size sleeper sofa—so everyone has a comfortable place to gather. Settle in for movie night on the smart TVs, challenge friends in the game room, or enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a day at the parks.
Head outside to the backyard with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for easy cookouts. Traveling with little ones? Thoughtful family touches include a high chair, pack ’n play, room-darkening shades, and a bathtub. Remote work is a breeze with WiFi and a laptop-friendly workspace. A washer and dryer are available in Unit A for guest use.

Important Things to Note
• This listing is for two separate sister units—Magnolia Hollow A and Magnolia Hollow B. Booking this combined/parent listing provides access to both units. There are no stairs or doors connecting the units.
• Washer and dryer are available for guest use in Unit A.
• Parking: Parking is available for 4+ vehicles in the shared driveway.
• Security: There is 1 exterior security camera on the corner of the house overlooking the driveway.
• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 4 dogs (50 lbs max each) are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.
• WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
