This three-story retreat sits high in the hills, surrounded by stunning mountain views, yet conveniently located just 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg.

Inside, the cabin’s warm wood tones and rustic touches invite you to relax and unwind. The main floor features a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen and large dining table make gathering for meals effortless, while the deck outside offers a propane grill and outdoor dining area perfect for fresh mountain air and family cookouts.

The main-level bedroom features a comfortable bed and adjoining bath with a relaxing soaking tub. Upstairs, the open loft provides a private sleeping space with a true cabin feel.

The lower level transforms into an entertainment haven — complete with a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and a barrel arcade with over 60 classic games. The game room also includes a big-screen Smart TV and a cozy bunk area ideal for younger guests.

From morning coffee on the deck to late-night laughter around the fire, Honey Bee Holler is a welcoming home base for every kind of Smoky Mountain getaway. The driveway is steep but manageable, offering the reward of breathtaking views and serene privacy.

Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $35 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

We recommend 4WD during the winter months due to the uncertainty of the weather and terrain.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
